About us

COREMILK (COnsensus Guidelines for REsearch on Human MILK) is an international initiative to improve the quality, transparency, and reproducibility of human milk composition research. We are developing an EQUATOR-endorsed reporting guideline that provides clear, consensus-based recommendations for how to report key methodological details – from milk sample collection and handling to analytical methods and participant characteristics. Our goal is to raise standards across the field and ensure that human milk research can be accurately interpreted, replicated, and translated into clinical and public health practice.
